What next?

Booking Process:

• We ask for a 25% deposit within two weeks of confirming your booking
  
• The remaining balance is due 2 months before your stay (don't worry we'll remind you)
  
• Full payment is required on booking if less than 2 months in advance of your stay

You Should Know:

• As we have neighbours close by and are near livestock and wildlife, fireworks and chinese lanterns are not allowed.
• Our caretaker Neal and his family live in the flat downstairs
  
• Please keep noise levels, especially amplified music to a minimum after 10pm
• No parties
