Our two-bedroomed flat is available for self-catering holidays, running from Saturday to Saturday, though at short notice or off-peak we are happy to rent it out for short breaks.

The flat is decorated with Katy's artistic eye, with original artwork on the walls.

The large sitting room with two settees also has a dining area in the bay window, which looks over the main garden and out to superb sunsets. There is a TV and DVD/Video player, and the sideboard is full of board games and videos for all ages.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The crockery is locally made Buchan Pottery, which can be bought from the Crieff Visitor Centre. There is an electric oven and hob, and microwave though there are plenty of restaurants and take-away should you wish not to cook!

The double bedroom overlooks the main garden, but there is planting to ensure your privacy. Decorated in a cool blue, with embroidered quilt and duvet, and 1930's furniture, the room is a tranquil one for relaxing in.

The twin bedded room overlooks the flat's private garden and is south facing. In a zingy orange, the room glows on a sunny day. There is plenty of space for children to play in this room.

The bathroom features Katy's oeuvre, a full mosaic representing a library of books. There is a bath with a shower over, sink, toilet and vanity area.

The Garden Flat has its own private entrance and small cottage style garden with a mosaic patio table and chairs, and a BBQ. The garden is very peaceful and secluded. Any help to water the many pot plants is much appreciated!!!
