The oak panelled lounge offers visitors a place to unwind and relax at the end of their day. David is more than happy to put a light to the fire, should guests wish to use the room of an evening, maybe to read one of the many books, both fiction and reference, that are available, or maybe to play any of the games or jigsaws that are in the cupboard.

Maps and walking books of the local area are available to borrow, along with books on the history, beauty and geography of Scotland.

The furniture has been carefully chosen to make you feel right at home. As one guest put it; 'I feel like taking off my shoes and tucking my feet up under me'.

The wooden panelled lounge with open log fire is available to guests throughout the day. With games and a variety of books and magazines is an ideal place for the family to relax. Many of the books will give information on the what to do in and around the surrounding area.
